THE SNC STORY:

SNC Construction was established in 2001 by Herb Sanchez, owner and general contractor. Herb began as a carpenter in 1985 with Rudolph & Slutton. From there, he expanded his skill sets with some of the most reputable companies in the south bay such as Blackwell Homes, DevCon and L.J. Interiors. During this time, Herb was also making valuable connections within the construction industry. When establishing SNC, Herb was able to hand select the best of the best for his team. SNC's various trade Sub contractor's have been with Herb for the last 6 years. With a strong team of various talents, a General Contractor with 25 years experience and efficient back office, SNC can do it all and do it well!

Herb is a very family-oriented guy, nothing is more important to him than his kids. When choosing a name for his company he decided to use the first initial of his three children - Steven, Nicholas & Christen. Herb also takes great pride in giving back to the community and every year he takes on a minimum of one Pro Bona job dedicated to assisting the elderly and disabled.
